GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an Adventures by Disney® travel package for Grand Prize winner and 3 guests (together with the Grand Prize winner, the “Group”), consisting of 4 days/3 nights to San Francisco, California from June 18, 2015 to June 21, 2015 (“Trip”). Trip consists of the following elements for the Group: [a] if Grand Prize winner resides more than 200 miles from San Francisco, California, roundtrip coach air transportation from a major international commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a San Francisco, California area international airport (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [b] three (3) nights hotel accommodations during the trip (1 standard room/quad occupancy) at the Fairmont San Francisco Hotel; [c] participation in a guided group travel experience (the “Group Travel Experience”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [d] services of two (2) Adventure Guides for the Group Travel Experience; [e] transportation within Trip; [f] services of local experts (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [g] on-tour luggage handling; [h] gratuities for bellmen, housekeepers, drivers, activity providers and dining room staff; [i] scheduled meals (excludes alcoholic beverages); [j] entertainment and activities (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and [k] travel taxes associated with Trip. The minimum and suggested ages for this trip are 4 and 6+, respectively. The Group Travel Experience is not a private tour and may be attended by up to 40 other travelers. Additional restrictions and/or inclusions regarding the Trip may apply. Trip components are subject to change without notice. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is USD $12,376.00 / CAD $14,169.41.

200 FIRST PRIZES: 200 first prize winners will each receive a Bandai® Armor Up Baymax Action Figure (“First Prize”). The ARV of each First Prize is USD $20 / CAD $22.90. The ARV of all First Prizes is USD $4,000 / CAD $4,579.64.

100 SECOND PRIZES: 100 second prize winners will each receive a USD $25 Disney Gift Card (“Second Prize”). The ARV of each Second Prize is USD $25 / CAD $28.62. The ARV of all Second Prizes is USD $2,500 / CAD $2,862.28.

100 THIRD PRIZES: 100 third prize winners will each receive a Bandai® Hiro Hamada Action Figure (“Third Prize”). The ARV of each Third Prize is USD $8.99 / CAD $10.29. The ARV of all Third Prizes is USD $899 / CAD $1,029.27

50 FOURTH PRIZES: 50 fourth prize winners will each receive a FUNKO POP Nurse Baymax Figure (“Fourth Prize”). The ARV of each Fourth Prize is USD $16.99 / CAD $19.45. The ARV of all Fourth Prizes is USD $849.50 / CAD $972.60.

40 FIFTH PRIZES: 40 fifth prize winners will each receive a Big Hero 6 soundtrack (“Fifth Prize”). The ARV of each Fifth Prize is USD $10 / CAD $11.45. The ARV of all Fifth Prizes is USD $400 / CAD $457.96.

6 SIXTH PRIZES: 6 sixth prize winners will each receive 600 DMR Points and a Big Hero 6 Printable activity (“Sixth Prize”). The ARV of each Sixth Prize is USD $0.10 / CAD $0.12. The ARV of all Sixth Prizes is USD $0.60 / CAD $0.72
