Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Louisville, Kentucky. Travel Dates: May 4, 2017 – May 7, 2017. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from gateway city nearest winner’s residence, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights, transfers to/from the airport and hotel, two (2) tickets to the Kentucky Oaks scheduled to take place on May 5, 2017 and two (2) tickets to the 2017 Kentucky Derby scheduled to take place on May 6, 2017. Travel, accommodations, and dates/locations are at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (i.e. valid driver's license or valid Passport) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Sponsor is not liable for expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Ground transportation (other than stated above), meals, gratuities, trip cancellation insurance, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $7,900.00. Actual value depends on city, day, and time of departure.
