Three (3) grand prizes (“Grand Prizes”) and ten (10) runnerup prizes (“Runnerup Prizes”) (collectively, “Prizes”) will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of two (2) 3-day weekend passes to the Essence Festival concert (“Tickets”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each 3-day weekend pass for two to the Essence Festival Concert is $510.Each Runnerup Prize consists of a tote bag of Palmer’s products, to be chosen at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, with an ARV of $75.
